SABEANAT NIGERIA LIMITED is a Private Limited Liability Company incorporated in Nigeria on the 12th day of March 1992 and commenced business immediately. SABEANAT NIGERIA LIMITED is a wholly indigenous and managed company. Since inception the company has been supplying quality milk powder and Dairy Products to organizations both in Private and Public sectors of the Nigerian economy. The company has now grown to be a key player in the marketing of Milk Powder and Dairy Products in Nigeria. CORPORATE PHILOSOPHY A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches. 	Mr. Dayo Lawuyi, MON – Chairman Mr. Lawuyi has had a distinguished career in management, and only recently was appointed the Chairman of Dunlop Nigeria PLC. Mr. Lawuyi is a Accountant by training; Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom and member of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria. Mr. Lawuyi has in the last 36 years traversed the corporate world performing key functions of Manufacturing and Management Consultancy sectors of the Nigerian economy. Worthy for spotlight is Mr. Lawuyi’s tenure at Dunlop PLC, where he served as Group Managing Director. Indeed Mr. Lawuyi can be safely referred to as Mr. Dunlop as he was particularly privileged to midwife the company through several phases of its growth and development. Among other key appointment’s Mr. Lawuyi is a Director with Afribank Nigeria PLC, Member of the Editorial Advising Board of Business Day Newspapers, Council member of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria amongst others.

	Chief U.U. Mba – Director Chief Mba brings to the Board of SABEANAT NIGERIA LTD 29 years of distinguished career at Guinness Nigeria PLC. Chief Mba is a 1967 Graduate of Economics from the University of Ibadan and joined the services of Guinness Nigeria PLC in 1971. The career of Chief Mba at Guinness Nigeria PLC spans key job functions in Sales, Marketing, Operations and general management. The high point of which is his appointment as marketing Director, acting Managing Director and Adviser to Guinness in Africa. Chief Mba is indeed well groomed and trained. He attended several courses locally and internationally all of which impacted positively on his efficiency, productivity and leadership qualities. Among other key appointments Chief Mba currently serves as Director, Avery Nigeria Ltd, EBN Securities Ltd and Chairman, Vital Gases Ltd amongst others.

	Mr. Sam Oburoh, Managing Director/Chief Executive Mr. Oburoh, hold a Bachelors of Arts degree in History and Public Administration along with Diploma Certificates in Marketing and Personnel Management. Mr. Oburoh has held various key positions in industry including being Managing Director, of High Point Communications Ltd, a marketing Communications Company between 1988-1991.

	Mrs. Beatrice Oburoh, Executive Director Mrs. Oburoh, hold a Bachelors of Arts degree in English/Literary Arts. Mrs. Oburoh has held various key positions in industry at African Alliance Insurance Company PLC and Manager, express Corporate Services Ltd.

	Mr. Taukeme Edwin Koroye- Director Mr. Koroye has had a distinguished career in Banking since 1987 and currently holds the position of Executive Director, Operations Technology and cash management with Access Bank PLC from 2004 till date. Mr. Koroye holds B.sc in Business Administration and trained in the firm of Price Waterhouse, he became a Chartered Accountant in 1987 and fellow in 2001.

	Mrs. Eunice Oteri –Director Mrs. Oteri is a seasoned business administrator with vast international exposure.

TECHNICAL AGREEMENT SABEANAT NIGERIA LTD has a bilateral partnership/working agreement with one of Denmark’s largest trading milk company. The agreement with Uhrenholt A/s, Denmark, gives us the leverage to offer the world’s best dairy product at competitive bargains.
